The website of Brett Claxton/Running Clock Films

Improving upon a 40 minute edit.

Seeing as I had such a limited time to work on the edit during the 4 hour challenge and considering how talented the actors were (plus the fact there was about 40 minutes of footage) I have decided to add to it, in the hope that I can create something that can be a bit clearer to understand and look a bit nicer.

Colour split on right. It's very noticeable on the walls

Here is the recut intro, with a better (in my opinion) establishing shot.

4 Hour Film Challenge

Idea created, scripted, reccy’d, shot, captured, edited and rendered in 4 hours.

Running Clock Films is changing

That’s right.

Running Clock Films is no longer the bastard love child of a group of students. It’s now the adopted love child of one graduate student.
He shall look after it well, treating it like it was his own, until one day he’ll wake up and find the love child pointing a gun at his head. With a trembling voice he will speak towards it before digressing greatly with blog updates.

So yeah. Running Clock Films is at the moment a one man company and the main website for Brett Claxton. All the work that stays on here will be things I have worked on, anything I haven’t will be shifted. I shall be changing the other pages to go through my work by year as well as a biography and other things.
For the most part I shall be using it to update the world with projects I am working on. My focus is lying with my writing at the moment but I am looking into the investment of a new video camera, as my old one broke and I was in desperate need of an upgrade anyway. Once I obtain that you can expect some random shorts and what not.
